Don G Burcham
Don spent 21 years at A.O. Smith Corp in Milwaukee the majority of his time spent as a payroll supervisor. In 1982 Don was the person that introduced AIR-serv; the coin operated air compressors at gas stations and convenience stores throughout southern Wisconsin, he sold that business in 1997 to purchase a Citgo gas and convenience store along with a liquor store keeping that until 2001. In 1990, Don purchased his first carwash in Two Rivers Wisconsin and just recently sold his last one in Madison, WI. In 2001, he was hired by Armor All to introduce a new chemical line for professional car washes. That led him to secure a NASCAR license for his own chemical line in 2003. After a short retirement, he has chosen to join VR Business Brokers.

Mark A Smith
Mark has spent the last thirty years of his career in small business. His
first venture was to take a small, family-owned, contracting business and grow
it into a thirty-plus employee company with three divisions. After selling
the company in 2002, he joined a metropolitan Milwaukee commercial real
estate firm where he quickly became one of the company’s top producing
brokers. His experience as a successful business owner combined with his

Brett R McPherson Executive Vice President
Brett McPherson started his career in Investment banking in New York before moving back to his home state of Wisconsin to turn around his family’s meat packing business. After succeeding in that turn around, he moved on to run his own business. Prior to joining VR he had sold and marketed commercial and residential real estate as one of Wisconsin’s top brokers. Mark Stich
Mark brings over 25 years hands on entrepreneurial experience to VR, with extensive financial emphasis. His global experience as VP of International Business Development for Lab Safety Supply, coupled with his launch as President of Inwave Electronics/INWAVE Internet provides a base of manufacturing, technology and distribution expertise. He left his investment and financial consulting practice to devote full time to helping VR Business Brokers perform on its mission statement of providing the same level of expertise as the expensive investment bankers do for large corporations.
